Our Global Controlling Department is looking for a skilled Controller to operate our financial operations supporting functional business in the international environment.Job description

You will :
- Support the controlling and decision-making process within the functional business units
- Work proactively and collaboratively with business unit leaders to prepare budget and forecasts, ad-hoc analyses and reviews
- Be reliable business partner to global supporting business units.
- Work closely with major global support projects leads to establish plans and analyze spending.
- Perform month end close activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Review purchase orders and contracts and escalate deviations from approved plan through management chain.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Recognize opportunities for improvements.
- Facilitate and support change management.
- Provide methodological guidance to other departments in the Group.
To succeed you need to have :
- University degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration/Management
- Fluency in English is a must (very good level of written and spoken English, at least B2)
- Proven records of minimum 5 years of experience in controlling and finance planning ideally in mid or large international company
- Computer literate with excellent Excel skills and solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles
- Strong analytical, numerical skills
- Good understanding of business and financial issues
- A confident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic international environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization of work
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Positive, motivated and service minded professional
Basic wage component (gross): from 2600 EUR /month
- The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
