What you´ll do:
- Inventory analysis: You will ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation, by analysing data and explaining trends and variances. Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders: You'll collaborate with other departments, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives and ensuring that inventory financial data is correctly reflected in ERP.
- Prepare internal and external management reporting packages: You'll compile and present data for stakeholders, offering insights into our financial status and progress, with a focus on inventory and COGS performance.
- Process improvement, you will identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory and COGS accuracy and efficiency.
- Set and track goals to steer company performance in what regards to inventory and COGS: You'll establish key performance indicators and monitor their progress, ensuring we stay on track to meet our objectives.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
Who we´re looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- You bring between 2-4 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
- You possess strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience.
