WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re searching for a Financial Controller to work side-by-side with our Finance Director and take the lead on financial operations across the business.
You’ll be a key partner in shaping our financial strategy, owning core processes, and bringing structure and accuracy to a high-growth environment.

This position will require close, ongoing collaboration — including strategic discussions, decisions on methods and processes, and the right level of involvement or delegation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting across multiple entities and regions (US, EMEA, LATAM).
  • Review and validate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), focusing on control and consistency of financial data.
  • Establish and maintain internal control procedures for financial reporting and operational accounting.
  • Monitor and assess OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount expenses across departments, projects, and regions.
  • Verify correct application of revenue recognition principles (subscriptions, upgrades, renewals) in accordance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
  • Support and challenge budgeting and forecasting assumptions in collaboration with FP&A and business teams.
  • Monitor SaaS financial KPIs (MRR, ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, rule of 40, etc.) for accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain control checklists and flags to detect reporting or policy deviations.
  • Coordinate automation of financial control procedures and standard reporting routines with internal teams.
  • Review new financial processes and participate in improvement initiatives to enhance control and compliance.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, prepare audit support documentation and respond to audit requests.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, HR, BizOps, Legal) on financial flows, contract terms, and cost control.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial control, internal audit, or corporate finance roles (experience in SaaS or tech companies is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP, especially revenue recognition rules (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
  • Experience designing and operating internal control procedures across financial and operational processes.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Confidence in reviewing and interpreting complex financial data sets and reporting outputs.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
  • Clear and confident communicator with a structured and collaborative working style.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher (for regular interaction with international teams and auditors).
  • Leadership in process management.
  • Proactive ownership and a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong empathy.

It would be great if you have:

  • Audit background (Big 4 or similar) or experience in a fast-growing international environment.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue structures.
  • Experience in implementing or improving financial policies and documentation workflows.
  • Understanding of cost allocation methods (e.g. Activity-based costing, Zero-based budgeting).
  • Passion for process automation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certificates such as CPA and / or ACCA.
