Your contribution:

• Provide strategic financial and controlling partnership to the General Manager, Plant Manager, Sales and Marketing Managers as well as the local accounting team

• Foster active communication with finance counterparts in EMEA HQ to ensure alignment with global financial objectives

• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements

What you will do:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.

• Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide insights to drive cost control and efficiency by developing margin bridges by Key Account. Drive effective TWC reporting and cash disbursements.

• Contribute to the implementation of local strategies in compliance with company policies, fostering business growth and enhancing customer profitability within the region.

• Enforce internal controls and continually improve/optimize local business processes.

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Consolidate individual plans into a comprehensive total plan. Support and act as a business partner during the planning process. Develop budget/forecast for main TWC elements - Accounts receivable, Inventory, and Accounts payable.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the JV.

• Verify master data quality and ensure consistency of customer, product, and internal order hierarchies. Review changes in Key Account Agreements. Prepare and analyze variances of the product and conversion cost report.

• Stay current with Turkish accounting and USGAAP regulations and ensure the JV's compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with the Entity Controller to provide recommendations for strategic decisions.

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitoring and controlling Free Zone transactions.

• Be a gatekeeper for compliance IAM Finance and Commercial policies.

• Analyzes the financial performance of sales and production / inventory processes, prepares regular reports, and presents them to management.

• Assesses the financial impact of commercial and sales opportunities and provides recommendations to management.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a controlling role.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in an Independent Audit Company

• In-depth knowledge of Turkish accounting regulations and practices

• Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)

• Proficiency in usual financial software and ERP systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong cross-departmental leadership capabilities

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbally

• Fluent in Turkish and English
