Job Description
As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations for the Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Central Asia. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and support key business decisions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Bosch's global financial success, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative organization. This position offers an extensive individual responsibility along with opportunity to drive positive change and shape the financial landscape on a global scale.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Local governance area:
- Support central risk management on controls
- Collaboration on local audits
- Ensure compliance of local activities
Pricing & Contract management area:
- Maintaining trade conditions in ERP
- Customer Contract Development: review and negotiation
- Administration of rebates
Cost Controlling area:
- Cost center controlling
- Implementation and controlling of cost measures
Credit management area:
- Customer dispute management
- Credit risk assessment
- Review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue
Reporting:
- Monthly Sales Reports
- Ad-hoc customer sales analytics
Legal entity tasks:
- Reporting: income statement, tax income statement, other tax documentations
- Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intangibles (buildings)
- Being the first contact to BPO
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or similar areas
- About 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in Financial Management and Control
- Strong understanding of international Finance and Accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Financial Standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business level of English language
