Job purpose and ImpactAs our Financial Controller within the Consolidation & Reporting team, you will play a key role in processing, analyzing, and optimizing financial data for the Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia (EAAA) division.
You will ensure accurate consolidation and reporting in compliance with US GAAP, Dutch GAAP, and management standards, while identifying improvement opportunities and supporting global reporting excellence.
We’re looking for a hands-on professional with a sharp analytical mind and experience in complex consolidations involving multiple currencies and significant intercompany transactions.
Main responsibilities:Perform EAAA group consolidation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both US GAAP and Dutch GAAP
Prepare annual financial statements and support monthly management reporting
Assist in tax-related activities such as transfer pricing documentation, tax accounting, and preparing tax declarations
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SOX and company policies
Provide weekly Sales KPIs and ad-hoc reports via PowerBI, translating data into clear insights
Drive process improvements and contribute to optimization of consolidation and reporting structures

A gross monthly salary between €4.750 and €6.000 (based on full-time employment, depending on experience)
38 paid days off, including 25 statutory vacation days and 13 additional days (you may exchange the additional days for 5.26% extra salary)

Annual gratification of 8%

You bring a strong analytical mindset and a structured way of working. You can navigate complex consolidations and don’t lose focus when multiple priorities demand attention. You understand what accurate financial reporting means for the business and know how to translate data into clear insights. Working in an international, fast-moving environment suits you, and you naturally look for ways to make processes more efficient and transparent.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business economics, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 12 months of hands-on consolidation work in multi-currency and high intercompany environments
Experience in a complex international production organization
Big 4 background is a plus, but not required
Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (preferably JDE), PowerBI, and Onestream
Strong communication skills and accuracy in reporting
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch proficiency strongly preferred
