Responsibilities:Lead the local monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
Prepare monthly forecasts and the annual budget.
Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external payroll provider.
Act as main interface with Shared Service Center in Romania and external tax advisor to ensure tax accuracy.
Be the point of contact for any local financial and administrative tasks to the authorities.
Administer the current SAP ByD system and actively support the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4 at local level.
Serve as a Business Partner to the local sales team.
Handle various administrative tasks as needed, e.g. local contract administration or T&E expenses.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international or matrix environment
Strong knowledge of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
Practical know-how in SAP S/4HANA or SAP BYD is an advantage
Very good communication skills in Czech and English, both spoken and written
Ability to collaborate with international teams
Proactive, collaborative and self-driven working style
