En qualité de Contrôleur Financier Supply Chain H/F, votre rôle sera de fournir un reporting financier précis en vous positionnant comme un véritable business partner auprès de la fonction Supply (Production / Logistique) de l'entité Architectural Coatings en France.
Le poste comprend la préparation et la revue, y compris la présentation, des comptes de gestion de fin de mois afin d’apporter des analyses et des orientations à la direction des opérations.
Vous devrez vous intégrer à l’équipe de direction de la supply chain et devenir le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions financières liées à la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Vous serez responsable de l’élaboration des budgets annuels et piloterez les processus de prévisions mensuelles. Vous analyserez les écarts financiers et mettrez en place des plans d’amélioration en collaboration avec le management opérationnel.
Dans le cadre de l’équipe des contrôleurs d’usine AC EMEA, le titulaire du poste contribuera à identifier des axes d’amélioration des processus financiers et à soutenir la mise en œuvre de solutions harmonisées.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Préparer le reporting financier mensuel de fin de période pour les sites de production de Moreuil et de Genlis.
- Contribuer aux processus de budgétisation annuelle et de prévisions mensuelles avec les analyses associées.
- Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions financières liées à la production et à la logistique des sites.
- Devenir un membre clé de l’équipe de direction des sites de production en France.
- Fournir un support et des conseils sur les enjeux financiers aux responsables opérationnels seniors.
- Analyser et résoudre les écarts financiers significatifs en collaboration avec les responsables budgétaires.
- Identifier des axes d’amélioration des processus financiers standards et contribuer à leur optimisation.
- Apporter des analyses de faisabilité et les éléments nécessaires à la préparation et à la soumission des projets d’investissement.
Profil recherché :
- Diplômé(e) d’expertise comptable (Chartered Accountant)
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, en particulier Excel) ; la connaissance de SAP est un atout.
- Expérience dans un environnement industriel / supply chain dynamique et exigeant.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps pour respecter des délais stricts.
- Capacité à conduire le changement et à montrer l’exemple.
- Bonne maîtrise pratique de la comptabilité.
- Sens du détail, fortes capacités d’analyse et aisance relationnelle permettant une communication efficace avec le management senior.
- Maîtrise courante de l’anglais et du français.
- Qualités indispensables pour ce poste : autonomie, rigueur, capacité à évoluer dans des environnements en constante évolution avec une bonne gestion du stress.
Poste à pourvoir à Moreuil (80).
Rémunération : selon profil, de 40 à 60K€ sur 12 mois.
Télétravail : 1 jour par semaine.

Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant qualification (Diplome d'expertise comptable)
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in an industrial / supply chain environment
- Practical accounting knowledge
- Experience preparing month-end management reporting
- Experience with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to drive change and lead by example
