We are looking for a Financial Control & Performance Management Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance.
In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while supporting management in key decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Own business planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the P&L
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Analyze performance, identify risks & opportunities, and support business strategy
- Partner closely with management and operational teams
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of experience in Financial Control / Performance Management
- Strong business and analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Real Estate experience is valued
- Proactive, hands-on, team-oriented profile
