Summary of Responsibilities:
- Manage country and site budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA).
- Oversee and track clinical research-related payments, including reconciliation at study close-out.
- Ensure compliance with FCPA, DPS/OFAC regulations and maintain financial systems.
- Provide financial forecasting in collaboration with senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet country deliverables for submissions, budgets, CTRAs, and milestones.
- Align country timelines with headquarters for assigned protocols.
- Support and oversee local vendors and manage local processes, including clinical and ancillary supplies.
- Influence investigators, external partners, and country operations to adhere to budget targets and payment timelines.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with clinical contracts and budgets.
- University/college degree or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including a basic understanding of regulatory requirements in other countries.
- Thorough understanding of the drug development process.
- Fluent in Polish and in English, both written and verbal.
