Financial Billing Analyst

What does a successful Financial Billing Analyst do at Fiserv?

Join the dynamic Finance Shared Services billing team and be the heartbeat of our operations. Manage incoming requests ensuring colleagues and clients receive responsive, and diligent support for a variety of revenue-impacting transactions. You will deliver unparalleled client satisfaction and help monitor, process, implement, and record complex transactions with precision and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

What you will do:

• Performs business analysis as it pertains to client database, researching billing history, posting invoices, preparing and validating billing feeds
• Perform trend analysis on results to determine data errors, and validation of corrections to the data prior to invoicing clients
• Review and analyze client contracts for proper billing
• Manage new client billing set up as well as client renewals
• Interact with the client and other internal stakeholders on all questions concerning invoicing and problem resolution

What you will need to have:

• Experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, Billing and/or military experience
• 3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Bachelors degree
• Relevant Billing experience
• Excel, SAP and/or Power BI
