We are seeking a Finance BI Analyst with strong Excel skills, entry-level Looker and SQL knowledge, and a keen analytical mindset. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with Jira and Confluence, possess great communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Excel, Looker to support data-driven decision-making.
• Extract, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in creating financial models, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Document data processes, reports, and analytics workflows in Confluence.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and data requests from key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting optimization.
Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
• Entry-level experience with Looker (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or data analysis.
• Understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, and forecasting.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data validation.
