Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial processes, safeguarding company assets, and minimizing financial risk.
  • Analysing company financial data and reports;
  • Searching and reporting red flags, system bottle necks and new risks;
  • Making improvement suggestions to reduce and/оr eliminate the risks;
  • Generating reports, flagging and documenting already revealed findings;
  • Communicate with multiple departments to gather evidence material;
  • Verifying evidence material and numbers being analysed;
  • Any other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Financial Accountant, Financial Analyst or Controller, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Independence in work and high responsibility;
  • It will be a plus to have a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Financial Auditor, or similar;
  • Russian Language
