Role summary
Join Payoneer as an Financial Associate, where you'll leverage your financial modeling and market analysis skills to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with global teams in a hybrid work environment to drive strategic growth and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Building in-depth financial models, analyses and presentations to help Management discuss merits of acquisition vs. partnership vs. building in-house
- Performing detailed due diligence on potential transactions
- Conducting research of key areas of M&A focus, including analysis of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and reaching out to targets identified
- Attending conferences to build M&A pipeline; maintaining relationships with investment banks
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong quantitative skills in financial modelling and market analyses with past experience in investment banking
- Strong communication skills, including development of clear memos and presentations to senior management at the Company
- Collaborative mindset to work within the team and across different functions of Payoneer
- Experience within the payments industry and its current evolution across the world

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $90,000-$130,000
