Job Description

As a Financial Assistant you will be part of the Finance Department of Generix and you will use your skills to provide support to daily activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Archive and Organization of Department Documents;
• Client Management: Orders, Invoices, Billing, Charge Account;
• Supplier Management: Orders, Billing, Payments; Management and Treasury Control;
• Office organization;
• Cash Collection.

Qualifications

• Academic Background: Degree or Newly Graduation in Accounting, Finances or similar;
• Dynamism and autonomy;
• Organizational skills and accuracy;
• Good knowledge in Information Systems/E-commerce;
• Good analytical and client management skills;
• Advanced level in English;
