- Processing supplier invoices within policy timelines and prepare payment for month end.
- Load factor (average seat occupancy)
- Fare class optimization rate.
- Review DCS Status (Departed flights).
- Manage ad-hoc submissions to Airlink (special rates, aircraft/payload adjustments, flight changes).
- Compile and submit the Air Transport Statistics report (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Schedule changes into Calendar format for OPS.
- Correct processing of refunds (Amount, Pax, FOP).
- Recording of refunds and refund backlog management.
- Responsiveness to client complaints received on email.
