- The role is supporting the CFO Regulatory team, driving strategic and tactical remediation and transformation. Initiatives focus on reducing operational inefficiency as well as operational and regulatory risk, while also increasing staff enablement for process automation. The role will require an in-depth knowledge of the current processes, building strong networks across the teams, excellent communication and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UAT execution across Finance transformation initiatives
- Drive UAT governance, including status reporting, RAID tracking, and escalation of risks/issues
- Develop UAT plan - translate business and regulatory requirements into test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT frameworks, tooling, and processes
- UAT liaison between Regulatory Reporting and Controls team, Finance technology teams (e.g. FDW, Axiom)
- Ensure audit-ready documentation, including test evidence, sign-offs, and traceability to requirements
- Managing JIRA / DQ / ServiceNow workflows
- Manage and prioritize defects and data issues, ensuring timely resolution with clear ownership and tracking
- Act as a bridge between Finance, TDI, and vendors, ensuring alignment on requirements, defects, and delivery timelines
- Oversee ticket prioritization for ingestion, transformation, and reporting fixes across systems
- Perform data validation and reconciliation, identifying root causes of breaks in reporting outputs
- Support release readiness and production cutovers, ensuring completeness and control compliance
Your skills and experience
- Extremely strong project management skills delivering within tight deadlines (UAT cycles, tech release dates).
- Strong experience in UAT / QA within Finance or regulatory reporting environments
- Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and lineage concepts
- Familiarity with Finance data flows (GL, subledger, product systems, or regulatory reporting engines like Axiom)
- Familiarity with US Finance systems, ideally including Axiom v11, FDW, RCL, SRC, etc.
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- High attention to detail with a controls-first mindset (audit/regulatory awareness)
