Financial and Operation Analyst

Onsite 4 days in our Mountain View, CA office is required.Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support fundraising and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide insights to guide key business decisions.
• Infrastructure: Partner with the infrastructure team to identify issues and evaluate viable solutions and costs. Facilitate performance tracking and forecasting.
• BD Support: Gather and analyze publisher revenue, content performance, and payout data to provide the BD team with insights into the root causes of fluctuations. Help with preparing analyses to support the business development team in deal preparation, negotiation, as well as deal post-mortem evaluations.
• Sales Insights & Analysis: Manage sales forecasting, create regular performance reports, and present insights to leadership teams. Analyze customer data to identify trends and derive actionable insights from customer profiles.
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
• Basic SQL skills (There will be basic SQL online assignments for qualified candidates.)
• Ability to effectively present to executive stakeholders to get alignment for decisions requiring complex tradeoffs
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
