• Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally by providing financial insights to enhance decision making
• Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently have or will have earned a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field by July 2025
• Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings
• Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting
• Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)

Summary pay range Oklahoma City, OK for Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $81,650

Summary pay range Ridley Park, PA Entry-Level (Level 1): $56,950 - $77,050

Summary pay range Ridley Park, PA Associate (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150
