Job Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage customer invoices, including the preparation of credit and debit notes related to FX differences and other adjustments. Upload invoices to customer portals and manage distribution via email to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and perform collection follow-ups to ensure timely customer payments. Maintain control over outstanding balances and manage the application of tax withholdings.
- Perform account reconciliations in the ERP system and ensure tax documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Review and verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Control and monitor payment processes, including the issuance of payment confirmations and management of withholding documentation.
- Prepare and support financial reporting activities using the ARG ERP , including weekly accounts receivable reports and closing.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting financial data.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
