**This position is an Onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA Office**

About you:

You are a highly analytical and detail-driven real estate professional with a strong foundation in financial underwriting and market analysis. You’re comfortable working with financial models (ARGUS and/or Excel), interpreting complex real estate documents, and turning data into actionable insights.

You bring a proactive approach to due diligence, tenant and credit analysis, and lease review, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have a solid understanding of income-producing assets and enjoy diving into operating statements, market comparables, and investment assumptions.

A strong communicator, you’re confident presenting financial analyses and collaborating with brokers, clients, and internal teams. You take ownership of your work, contribute to presentation materials and client deliverables, and are motivated to support successful transactions from analysis through execution.

In this role, you will…

  • Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basis

  • Pull rent and sale comparables

  • Provide market analysis

  • Assist with the due diligence process and verify findings

  • Conduct tenant research and credit analysis

  • Perform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractors

  • Maintain and produce quarterly and monthly reports

  • Monitor upcoming property Tenant renewals

  • Draft initial proposals for prospective Tenants

  • Underwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and/or Excel

  • Analyze historical operating statements, budgets, leases and loan agreements, as well as current market conditions to determine financial underwriting assumptions

  • Review, analyze, comprehend, abstract and interpret various types of real estate documents (including leases, appraisals, property condition reports, environmental reports, etc).

  • Present and discuss financial models to brokers and clients

  • Assist in developing content and writing presentation packages and offering memoranda

  • Gather and track critical financial data points for research and negotiation purposes

  • Participate in pitch presentations with prospect and client meetings and lead discussions on financial modeling

What you bring:

  • Experience with Senior Living Facilities preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Commerce or related area required.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Argus, Loopnet, and CoStar experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in a complex team environment across multiple departments, under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines.
