Apply now for the position of Financial Analyst, and you will join our Customer Finance team based in Cary, NC, or Malvern, PA, contributing to enhancing overall operations and processes at Siemens Healthineers, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results. 
This is a hybrid position in our Cary, NC or Malvern, PA office.

Your Role: 

  • Support revenue modeling, budgeting and forecasting of in-vivo revenue.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives by leveraging data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI and Qlik to build dashboards and track KPIs.
  • Support analysis and reporting on in-vivo installation backlog (aging, revenue projections, risk, etc.)
  • Manage performance tracking for customer incentive/rebate plans as a support for sales
  • Support CFI Zone Finance with reporting, tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Represent Customer Finance within Siemens Healthineers, enhancing the reputation of CFI as a trusted business partner for the company. 
  • Support projects focused on developing and improving financial and controlling standards, processes, and guidelines.

Your Expertise: 

  • High quality and timeliness in delivery of analytics and reporting.
  • Drive to continuously improve ongoing processes and reports, including digitalization/automation efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and data visualization tools (Qlik/PowerBI).
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills in customer environments, showcasing your team orientation, communication abilities, and customer focus.
  • Familiarity with automation workflows such as KNIME or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience with utilizing basic SQL queries to source and analyze data is a plus.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance, Operations or Data Analysis
  • Great judgment and confidence in resolving matters requiring Board or management attention.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good judgment in assessing risks and control deficiencies, with confidence in resolving complex issues requiring management attention.
  • Leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

The base pay range for this position is:

$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
