Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, adherence to deadlines
- Good working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience with using Gainsight, PowerBI, Smartsheet, LucidChart or similar is a benefit

Business Process Analyst (BPA) is an important supporting role in the WWT Day 2 Operational Services (D2OS) Customer Success (CS) team. You will be working in tandem with and under the direction of a Business Process Analyst Team Lead assisting with weekly and monthly financial analysis and other financial initiatives. This role is primarily focused on our internal financial process support but may also assist in the maintenance and support of various internal tools and data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with running various financial reports
- Assist with the preparation of weekly financial forecast
- Assist with weekly analysis of business financials
- Provide recommendations for enhanced P&L profitability
- Assist with collecting and presenting data
- Manage internal project tracking tool
- Document internal processes
- Help with tracking internal improvement initiatives
- Assist with various CS projects and initiatives as assigned
