As bbf: expands the internal team in Limassol, we are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department.
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the FP&A team by conducting in-depth financial analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making, and enhancing financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong passion for transformation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business unit goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic decisions, including business planning, risk assessment, and deal analysis.
- Execute management reporting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to support business operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements and policy development initiatives.
- Review, analyze, and manage key financial controls within the business unit.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.
- Industry experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, or within FP&A is advantageous.
- ACCA or ACA member.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
- Experience with accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable.
- Excellent command of Greek and English; Russian is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
