- Maintain and analyze product costing in SAP.
- Manage and evaluate material master data impacting product cost, including BOM, valuation class, pricing, and yield updates.
- Support cost estimates and simulations for projects related to process streamlining, improvements, and other initiatives.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting in SAP.
- Assist in SAP testing, enhancements, and process improvements related to costing.
- Prepare costing reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Establish the annual CAPEX forecast in collaboration with the SCM-IE team.
- Prepare weekly CAPEX updates and lead discussions with the Management Team on commitment status, risk identification, and overall CAPEX spending versus forecast.
- Prepare Appropriation Requests in the system for all approved CAPEX.
- Coordinate closely with the Fixed Asset Analyst to ensure CAPEX with complete documentation is properly accrued before month-end closing.
- Propose depreciation expenses for the CAPEX plan to the T&O team for budget planning and standard cost setup.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in inventory, costing, or accounting-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of SAP or other ERP/accounting systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP applications, preferably SAP.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve accounting and costing issues.
