Purpose of role:
- Support in preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports on a monthly basis.

Job Responsibilities

For example, develop and recommend (WHAT IS DONE) sales and revenue budgets in order to meet the planned growth (WHY) by understanding the external environment and internal business direction (HOW).
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
· Support in preparation and analysis of monthly Income Statements (MTD & YTD) for assigned Business Units.
· Develop and maintain Business Unit–wise Income Statements.
· Generate and interpret Financial Ratio Reports.
· Prepare KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
· Support in preparing forecasts for P&L, cashflow, scenario plans, and long-term business plans.
· Support in preparing management presentations, financial summaries, and review packs.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
· Support in preparing detailed annual budgets in consultation with Business Unit heads.
· Support in preparing budget review decks and summary insights.
· Maintain and update rolling forecasts based on latest performance trends.
· Provide insights on deviations and opportunities for improvement through variance analysis.
3. Business Partnering
· Support the Finance Business Partner in working closely with Business Unit owners to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
· Assist the Finance Business Partner in providing financial analysis, modelling, and guidance across all Business Units within the Group.
· Support the Finance Business Partner and Business Unit owners in preparing business cases, investment proposals, pricing analyses, and other financial evaluations.
· Work with the Finance Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders in identifying efficiencies, optimising cost structures, and enhancing profitability across profit and cost centres.
4. Financial Planning & Projects
· Assist in the execution of various finance-led initiatives and projects across the organization.
· Support in preparing MIS reports, executive dashboards, and cash forecasting summaries.
· Monitor and support capital budgeting processes and ensure effective cash flow planning.
· Contribute actively to improvement initiatives and finance transformation activities.
5. Dashboards & Excel Modelling
· Maintain, develop and enhance financial dashboards and performance trackers for Business Units.
· Build robust Excel-based models, reporting templates, and automated tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Support in preparing monthly financial packs, reconciling data, and validating assumptions.
