We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support critical processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment evaluation that help drive business performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in financial analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases through data gathering, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking.
Help create and update financial models, tools, and dashboards to support planning and reporting efforts.
Act as a liaison between Finance and Accounting to ensure alignment on financial data, reporting accuracy, and key process workflows.
Assist with the cash forecasting process by gathering data and helping monitor cash flow to support accurate financial planning
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather key data, evaluate performance indicators, and contribute to strategic recommendations.
Help with any post-acquisition integration efforts by aligning financial reporting, tracking synergies, and monitoring performance.
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis is preferred.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other ERPs is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Suite is a major plus.
