BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated and motivated Financial Analyst to enhance our finance team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess performance and identify trends.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasts and reports.
- Support the budgeting process through collaboration with various departments.
- Identify key performance indicators and recommend actions for improvement.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and prepare presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Monitor budget adherence and report variances as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and economic factors affecting the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Aptitude for teamwork and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in the technical or software sector is a plus.
