Job Purpose
Graco is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our IT and Marketing teams. This individual will develop and provide financial and operational analysis to aid IT and Marketing leadership in strategic business and financial decision making. Reporting to the IT & Marketing Controller, this person will play a pivotal role in comprehensive financial analysis, variance assessment, forecasting, and optimizing performance across these functions. This position is instrumental in enhancing organizational understanding of value drivers, contributing to Graco Inc.’s overall success.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth financial analysis by gathering, monitoring, and interpreting data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
Manage Graco IT & Marketing general ledger accounting transactions.
Facilitate adherence to Graco’s management and accounting policies and procedures, including monitoring capital projects and software procurement.
Drive process definition, improvement, automation and enhanced reporting of KPIs.
Assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts and generate reports comparing actual results.
Deliver timely and accurate information to key stakeholders, enabling them to comprehend the implications of strategic and operational decisions effectively.
Enhance performance measurement by integrating financial and non-financial data to provide a holistic view of performance.
Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, MBA or similar professional certification a plus.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and financial software applications; Oracle and PowerBI experience a plus. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
