Job Description:

This position performs financial analyses (e.g., client level profitability, variance comments, trend analysis, asset expenditures, etc.) across various products and sector groups. The role compiles and prepares reports, graphs, charts, and written financial summaries. This position performs general finance and accounting processes including researching, analyzing, creating, and processing monthly journal entries. This role supports a defined operational group and communicates with various management levels. This position acts as the key Finance and Accounting liaison with the Operations team in areas of financial training, general financial statement support, client pricing efforts, General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls (e.g., revenue recovery, Accounts Receivables [AR], audits, billing adjustments, etc.), forecasting, and annual budgeting.
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Hybrid

Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) 

Shift Hours: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)  

Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)

Wage Salary: $ 24.15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assists with financial reporting.

• Adheres to internal financial and accounting controls.

• Assists in business planning and forecasting.

• Assists in financial and profitability analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline – Preferred

• Intermediate or advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office) – Preferred 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to work as part of a small group
