Financial Analyst

  

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team, we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. As a financial analyst, you will be working on building relationships with HPE customers and internal partners to remove obstacles and enable financial support and meeting KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Developing trustful relations with HPE customers to effectively manage current and future reconciliations.

  • Ensure Quality B/S recons and reviews are done within the timelines and address Escalatable action plan

  • Implementing effective communication and problem solving  techniques for all customer interactions (mainly through phone calls & emails)

  • Ensure all system issue fixes from upstream and down stream Leveraging SAP S4 Hana and subledgers  effectiveness in daily activities and results. 

  • Following organizational processes to ensure compliance adherence. 

  • Collaborating with customers and other HPE teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues .

  • Analyzing data and trends to make decisions, understand behaviors and propose root-cause changes/solutions that result in a win-win situation for the customer and HPE.

What you need to bring:

Education and experience: ­­­

  • Finance graduate with 5+ years of experience and excellent communication skills. (candidates  with ACCA/CIMA/CMA will be added advantage.)

  • A university degree from top colleges with a focus in finance & accounting is recommended.

  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in finance/administration or related domains.
