We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Financial Analyst to join our Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This analytical role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for multiple lines of business, including GIDS clients, Distribution Solutions, and Blue Sky. You’ll work across departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and business success.

This is an intermediate-level position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate independently on projects of moderate scope and complexity.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with business leads to align financial plans with operational goals.

• Perform month-end reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and executive commentary on financial performance.

• Analyze key business metrics across GIDS clients, Distribution Solutions, and Blue Sky operations.

• Conduct accounts receivable (A/R) analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to improve cash flow and collections.

• Develop and maintain financial models, including scenario and "what-if" analysis to support strategic initiatives such as new services or market expansions.

• Prepare and present actionable insights and financial reports to management for decision-making support.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend new procedures for increased efficiency and accuracy.

• Guide less experienced team members, offering mentorship and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or Finance

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and use sound judgment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Hyperion, SAP) is a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

• Exposure to or interest in working across multiple business units and service lines
