Tricentis is looking for a Financial Analyst to assist with analyzing and reporting financial and operational results, developing business cases, and annual planning activities. This individual will be responsible for working collaboratively with business leaders to analyze and measure company performance across a wide spectrum of KPIs and metrics, assist with preparation of board reporting materials, and perform ad-hoc analyses when needed. This will be a dynamic and fast-paced role with exposure to the company’s key business leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in reconciling, forecasting and reporting of software revenue and annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of monthly results, budget-to-actual and variance analysis reports, and metrics
-
Assist in preparation and maintenance of internal and external corporate reporting.

Identify, model, and track KPIs and other operational metrics for company initiatives.

Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
-
1+ years’ experience in a relevant role (e.g., FP&A, corporate finance, etc.)

Strong communications skills
-
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
-
Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced setting

Experience forecasting and analyzing software revenue and ARR results and plus
