About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the financial foundations of a fast-growing AI company. Expect to drive working capital operations, accounting workflows, and aspects of the financial close process. This role is for a curious, adaptable professional hungry to make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Oversee working capital operations and contribute to scrappy, high-impact finance projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and compliance.
- Support financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Leverage curiosity and problem-solving skills to tackle evolving financial challenges.
Qualifications:
- CPA required.
- Experience with accounting workflows.
- Familiarity with data center operations is a plus.
- Comfort with scrappy, hands-on finance work and a desire to grow in accounting.
- Experience with D365 is a bonus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Big Four experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is a plus but not required.
