Position Summary
We are looking after a Financial Analyst to join our Accounting team.
Role and Responsibilities
Coordination and management of operations
- Verify the supporting documents related to each contract in order to certify the receipt of services rendered and obtain the registration of the receipt of marketing services in specific systems
- Checks and approves invoices for marketing services related to current contracts agreed with partners
- Coordinates the process of recording marketing transactions so that all records are made on time, prepares the Open items report, updates it daily and sends it to all persons involved in the process
- Communicates with sales, marketing, customers, suppliers in order to identify the status of Open item processing
- Coordinates portal entries on marketing services transactions
- Performs internal controls to prevent potential fraud and mismanagement;
- Performs specific month-end closing actions
- Support implementation of new systems and provide support for RPA implementation
Others
- Monitors daily and identifies measures to prevent the achievement of activity-specific KPIs and Early Warnings
- Meets company deadlines (including but not limited to GPPM, month-end closing, etc.) for each type of activity
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with activity specific situations
- Accountable to internal/external audit for the activity performed
- Undertakes actions specific to month-end closing
- Reports periodically on results achieved versus objectives, analyses and gives recommendations on future actions
- Provides support to all other accounting activities
- Performs other duties as requested by superiors within legal limits
- Is responsible for the correct and timely fulfilment of his/her duties;
- For non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of the tasks assigned to him/her, he/she is liable under the law for conventional or criminal disciplinary and material damages to the Company's assets whenever the employee is at fault.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience
