What is the opportunity?
Responsible for providing the business with financial information to make strategic decisions. This involves metrics reporting to track success of programs, forecasting products and programs to provide estimated impact, financial analysis on profitability of current products and more. There will also be communication with business leaders and building out presentations to review financial data. It will provide the opportunity to be a part of strategic initiatives and understand how senior leaders make critical decisions.
What will you do?
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models.
- Perform data analysis on products and programs.
- Preparation of monthly financial and metric reports.
- Conduct variance analysis on financial statements and identify key trends.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Participate in ad-hoc presentation and communication materials.
- Collaborate with different departments on projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting systems.
What do you need to succeed?
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL, Alteryx or Tableau Prep.
- Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills to address issues and support decision-making.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
