Why you want this job

We are at an exciting phase featuring both innovation and growth, and are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a new and exciting entrepreneurial endeavor, while still enjoying the benefits of working for an established company.  This will require in depth data analysis, out of the box thinking, and the desire to own a process and P&L.

This role is a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week) located in Draper, UT.

What you’ll do

• Translate large amounts of data into actionable insights and communicate results clearly
• Partner with Marketing leaders to make recommendations that drive revenue growth
• Monitor efficiency across the P/L and make recommendations for improvement
• Help prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with metrics, analysis, and insights of financial and operational results
• Provide suggestions to improve reporting, including automation, ease of use, and comprehensiveness
• Audit and ensure accuracy of all data; identify and report anomalies to appropriate business owners as well as recommendations for resolution
• Help drive forward a developing business segment
• Support other ad hoc projects, as needed

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Data analytics
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with key roles in a high-performing FP&A team
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, and Adobe Analytics preferred
• Vision/Eyeglasses industry experience is a plus
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Respectful, positive attitude, person of integrity
