The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and numbers-driven Financial Analyst to join our Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis, proficient in Excel and data warehouse, and possess strong quantitative skills. This role is perfect for someone who loves crunching numbers and working with financial data.

  • Perform detailed financial data analysis and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes within the regional FP&A team.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel models to track financial performance, analyze trends, and identify variances.
  • Work with a data warehouse to extract, clean, and manage large datasets for analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to regional and corporate stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies in financial performance, and provide explanations and recommendations.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested by management to support various business initiatives and projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Speak English fluently;
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a FP&A team;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization;
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP System is a plus;
  • Experience with data warehouse systems and the ability to extract and manipulate large datasets;
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques;
  • Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data and reports;
  • Takes initiative in identifying areas for analysis and improvement;
  • Able to work collaboratively within a regional team setting.
