Outcomes:

• Support the VP of Finance & Founder in strategic business planning, unit economics analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis of actuals vs. benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance to build or reshape financial and operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor reports, and financial updates to stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses using data reporting tools to support decision-making
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company growth and success
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst/Associate in a full-time role or through various internships in investment banking/M&A boutique, consulting (corporate finance/Due diligence), VC fund, or VC-funded startup preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis; experience with SQL/Python for data analysis is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts
• Proven ability to work independently, challenge the status quo, and provide constructive solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for understanding SaaS business models and key metrics
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required; CFA, ACCA or CPA qualifications are a plus
