The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $66,400-$99,600 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:
  • This is What You Will do in This Role:
  • Serve as key knowledge source of North America cash flow and net working capital (NWC), owning the budget/forecast process and delivering reporting and variance analysis with thoughtful insights. 
  • Compile monthly cash disbursement forecasts and analyze historical forecast performance against actual results. 
  • Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputs 
  • Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery 
  • Provide financial business partner support to HR and Facilities teams
  • Add further value to the finance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc. 
  • Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities 
  • Work on special project and improvement teams as needed. 
  • Support Finance’s intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern. 

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).  
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or public accounting experience. 
  • Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow (direct and indirect) 
  • Strong communication skills, with high level of integrity and a detail orientated mindset. 
  • Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving. 
  • Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or AI is an advantage. 
  • The ideal candidate will aspire to use this role as a springboard into project controlling, operations controlling, or other finance roles within approximately 2-3 years.
