KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals. 

Responsibilities

  • Member of Group FP&A team, participate in preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
  • Support the Planning process, including the Annual Budget, budget revisions, and quarterly forecasting cycles
  • Analyze variances against budget and prior periods, providing meaningful insights into key performance drivers and business trends
  • Prepare, analyze, and review expense reports, to support financial performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Perform ad hoc analyses of special projects, profitability, and new initiatives, evaluating business risks, opportunities, and potential financial impacts
  • Build and improve processes and financial modeling.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related academic field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or MSc Finance) and/or Professional qualification (CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ACA or similar), will be considered a strong asset
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant role within a Finance Department, preferably in a large multinational environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office along with fluency in English.
  • SAP experience considered as a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive results ideally in fast-paced environment.
  • Proactiveness focused on system and process improvements.

Skills Required

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in a Finance Department
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to system and process improvement
  • Master's degree, MBA, or MSc in Finance
