What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with various business leaders on development of standardized financial analysis and reporting, with focus in Marketing & Sales functions
  • Pull and shape data yourself using SQL and Power BI / Fabric semantic models, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis
  • Own pieces of the monthly close and reporting process for your business areas, explaining variances and trends — not just producing the numbers
  • Perform financial analysis of new projects and growth opportunities.
  • Assistance with the completion of annual budget
  • Identify and lead process improvements that make reporting faster and more reliable

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of financial analysis experience (internships count)
  • Advanced Excel skills — you're comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, and building a model from scratch
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain what the numbers mean to someone who doesn't live in a spreadsheet
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward improving how things get done
  • Working knowledge of SQL, or a demonstrated ability to learn it quickly
