Position Title: Financial Analyst
Base Salary: $91,000 to $116,800 annually DOE

Job Summary
As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis. This position plays a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, evaluating business performance, and helping leaders make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, advanced analytical capabilities, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
• Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning process including five-year plan, operating budget, capital budget, and company strategy.
• Partner with business units to understand financial performance and develop/implement action plans to achieve objectives.
• Provide thorough and thoughtful financial analysis to drive better informed decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership
• Partner with business partners in developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders.
• Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
Professional Integrity & Discretion
• Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgement and discretion.
Other Duties
• Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and financial modeling.
• Experience extracting, validating and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Experience developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders.
• Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels.
• Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving desired performance metrics.
