As a Financial Analyst at BorgWarner IT Services, you will play a key role in executing Finance strategic initiatives and ensuring the financial health of our operations. What You’ll Do

Financial Operations

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping: daily transaction posting, reconciliations, and periodic adjustments
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and track Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Depreciation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support monthly financial close and prepare monthly financial reports including variance and trend analyses
  • Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual results, with clear commentary for leadership
  • Collect, organize, and present financial and operational data to drive insight and decision-making

Planning & Forecasting

  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads and senior management
  • Serve as Finance point of contact for Cost Center Owners, driving accurate and timely forecast updates at the Cost Center and GL level
  • Provide project financial governance through internal order creation and ongoing project tracking

Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support

  • Handle tax return support and monthly regulatory reporting
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior leadership
  • Interface with external vendors, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams globally

What We’re Looking For

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite

Skills & Attributes

  • Clear, confident communication in English – both written and verbal
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
