Position purpose:
Under general supervision prepares financial and business related analysis in the area of finance and general accounting. This position will support finance in preparing financial statements, budgets and forecasts and supporting revenue and sales analysis by gathering and analyzing data for various reports. Takes initiative and continually strives to improve processes.
Minimum qualifications:
Education Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or Engineering; or other
Bachelor's with relevant healthcare experienceRelated Experience Minimum: 1-3 years’ experience in a related field.
What the Financial Analyst will do:
Assists in the preparation of forecasts.
Assists in monthly financial close including preparation of various journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions and variance analyses.
Prepares revenue and cost analyses.
Prepares monthly revenue gain/loss schedules.
Prepares and reviews financial performance as requested.
Work directly with the senior leadership team to manage monthly reporting, financial analysis and the multi-year planning and forecasting process.

Skills Required
