What You Will Do 

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and key financial accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and business performance, identify trends and insights, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Apply accounting principles and US GAAP standards to financial transactions, ensuring accurate classification, recording, and review of financial information.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial analysis tools, reporting processes, and data-driven business practices.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial reporting regulations while supporting audit and remediation activities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives while managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA, MBA, or other advanced degree considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience, or completion of a Finance & Accounting Development Program combined with additional professional experience.
