We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department in our offices in Elefsina.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets, and performing a variety of financial tasks that support both strategic and operational decision-making. The role will involve monitoring performance, identifying trends, and providing insights that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.

  • Evaluate current and past financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and scenario analysis
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize expenses, improve profitability, and support business decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including accounting and business teams, to ensure data integrity and integrate financial goals into core systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools, business intelligence platforms, and databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience in D365 will be considered a plus
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business/Financial analysis, accounting, or a related corporate finance setting is essential.
