Position overview:
You will be focusing on the core operations that ensure the company's daily financial health. Your responsibilities will center on cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and preparing treasury-related reports. As Financial Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of detailed cash flow forecasts and participating in cash management activities.
- Communication with credit institutions (covenants, utilizations) and investment funds on various credit-related matters.
- Conduct of in-depth analysis of operational assets and contribute to the company-wide budgeting process.
- Liquidity management for Holding companies and subsidiaries.
- Participation in the financing process of renewable energy projects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to treasury matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Audit, or another Finance related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly salary: From €2800 gross. Final compensation is subject to mutual agreement. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
