About the Role:  

Curaleaf is seeking a technically skilled and analytically driven Financial Analyst, Technical FP&A to support our financial planning systems, reporting infrastructure, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role will oversee, maintain, and enhance Vena, our core financial planning and reporting platform, while also building reporting and analytical assets within Omni. The analyst will develop reporting, automated data processes, and support key FP&A activities across the organization.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Produce management reporting, including actuals‑to‑budget/forecast bridges, KPI analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and revenue/sales modeling.
  • Oversee, maintain, and enhance Vena, including system configurations, templates, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Build and automate reporting, dashboards, and planning tools within Vena.
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all reporting.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and analytical views within Omni to support business unit needs.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes to consolidate financial and operational data.
  • Use SQL to optimize data pipelines, improve reporting accuracy, and support analytics.    

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or technical analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL or data automation.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with Vena or Omni is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Nevada Hiring Range
$68,000$75,000 USD
