Coordinates inventory, product transfers, manifests, stocking, fulfillment, and wholesale order preparation. Maintains accurate records and real-time product tracking in BioTrack, reconciles inventory data, prepares reports, and ensures labeling and documentation comply with standards. Supports production and cultivation operations as needed while working safely in physically demanding environments requiring lifting, repetitive movement, PPE, and exposure to industrial and cannabis-processing conditions.

Design, develop, and maintain Omni-based dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions. Manage data products throughout their lifecycle, ensure data quality and standardization, recommend scalable analytics approaches, and translate business needs into trusted data solutions. The role also provides training, ongoing support, enhancements, and subject-matter expertise in data visualization and reporting best practices.

Provide patient consultations and product recommendations in a retail cannabis dispensary. Ensure compliant dispensing, inventory control, staff training, and regulatory reporting. Supervise overnight production operations, lead and coach production technicians, ensure SOP and safety compliance, track and report KPIs, optimize workflows, assist hiring and training, and maintain clear cross-team communication.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources; apply Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; deliver executive reporting and steering committee updates; mitigate risks, resolve impediments, and mentor junior project managers in a regulated, multi-state environment.
